  My worst apartment in ever my life. Be careful with lease agreement and returning policy. They charged lot of money without any reason after returning. If you planing to live in pittsburg KS try to find another apartment other than Candlewood apartment. Response for owner's reply This is very poor response from the management. The previous apartment we've got was a good apartment and we gave them back a cleaned apartment back. We did the same with the second apartment but the management left complete fault on our head. The second apartment was so bad and we were having so hard time living in there. They gave us a poor conditioned apartment. As I remember at the first day I had to clean the sink with getting hair out of it. There were so many patches here and there. And some broken parts in the wall. We thought they have recorded these faults before we come as they did with the previous apartment. But after we left the apartment, they were pretending like they didn't know about any of those. Also there were only 3 people lived including me and lease was under our names. I never post this type of things but here what happen was total disaster. I want never let this happen to others so be careful when have a deal with the management.
